We are proud to have been recognized by our employees as one of the Best Places to Work in Arkansas for a third consecutive year!

The annual survey and awards event, currently in its 8th year, was created by Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group. The program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Arkansas, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. This year’s list is made up of 47 companies. To be considered, companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Arkansas.

The first part of the survey consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part was made up of an employee survey to measure the employee's experience. An additional segment was added for 2020's survey, specifically related to the pandemic and how employees viewed their companies’ handling of the changes and communication through lockdown during the earlier part of the year. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

Brittni Henderson, Movista's Director of People and Policy said, “We are thrilled to receive the BPTW recognition for the third year in a row! At Movista, how we treat our people and our company values are important in driving our daily decisions; it’s rewarding to see that recognized.” She continued, “More than anything, it’s an acknowledgement of the entire team, because maintaining engagement and team culture is a company-wide responsibility.”

Winners will be celebrated at a live-streamed event on November 12, featuring company representatives in studio, as well those joining via virtual watch parties, and will be featured in a special supplemental edition of Arkansas Business on November 16.
