Movista, the leading retail-focused workforce connectivity solution, announced today the addition of Brad Lawless to its senior leadership team as Director of Sales Engineering. Lawless will be rounding out an already top-notch strategic leadership team – bringing with him a wealth of experience in marketing and technology – and leveraging his background to help Movista continue its upward trajectory.
As an early employee of Northwest Arkansas content marketing leader Collective Bias, he built the company’s first analytics and sales strategy teams. He has built a career around solving business problems, through the application of unique technologies, to drive success.
“We are very excited to have Brad join our team,” said Liz Slape, Movista’s Senior Vice President for Growth. “We are coming into a hyper-growth phase where we’ve developed a solid roadmap, but also need people who can innovate and improvise, as needed, to meet the business needs of our customers. Brad’s unique ability to connect the dots between the senior executives of our clients’ and our product and development teams will ensure future success for all involved. His proven experience in growing the bottom line for some of the world’s biggest companies will directly translate here. ” Growth, leadership and intention are pillars of Movista’s forward-thinking company strategy. Their revenues have doubled in five of the past 7 years.
An entrepreneur at heart, Lawless said he “enjoys the challenge and opportunities that a company like Movista provides, on both a personal and professional level. While the company has established itself as a leader in workforce management for retail, there are still tremendous opportunities for growth, in that industry and others. I’m excited to join the team and do what I can contribute to that growth.”
