Movista Named a 2019 Best Place to Work by Arkansas Business

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – October 8, 2019 - Movista, the leading provider of an advanced, mobile-first retail execution and workforce management platform, today announced its inclusion in Arkansas Business’ 2019 “Best Places to Work” list, which recognizes the best employers in Arkansas. A panel of judges selected honorees based on a number of critical factors including the results of an employee satisfaction survey, corporate culture and employee benefits.

Companies from across the state completed a two-part survey process to determine the “Best Places to Work” in Arkansas. Worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation, Arkansas Business first evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Second, and worth 75% of the total evaluation, employees submitted surveys to measure their overall employee experience. The combined scores determined final rankings and which companies topped the rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Arkansas, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
