Bentonville-based Software as a Solution (SaaS) company, Movista, has been named by CIO Review as one of the “20 most promising field service solution providers” for 2018. The annual list recognizes Movista among the “most prominent organizations in the field service landscape, capable of leading their clients towards excellence by supporting them extensively.”

“As customers seek instant resolution of issues in an era shaped by mobility and improved connectivity, field service personnel need to arm themselves with the necessary tools that can quickly facilitate effective fixes,” says Jeevan George, editor at CIO Review. “The productivity of the field workforce, however, hinges on the availability of the right resources and technologies in the field.” More about CIO Review’s list of providers can be found in their April special edition.

“We’re very proud of our team,” says April Seggebruch, EVP and Co-Founder of Movista. “They’ve worked incredibly hard to build a world-class solution. Our passion for innovating and finding ways to improve upon our clients’ success really shows in our final product. And we’re not stopping now … we’re focused on adding even more functionality to the platform in the coming year.”

Movista white labels its field workforce solutions and configures them to flexible client-specific preferences. Clients can also opt for individual modules that are not part of the core functionality, such as item management. The app can be either integrated into a client’s backend system or implemented as a black box system that is independent of the client’s internal system. These options allow for more flexibility and interoperability with existing enterprise systems, if needed, so the solution is able to get up and running more quickly. “Going into our 8th year of operations, we’ve had less than five percent client churn since we opened the doors,” says President and Co-Founder, Stan Zylowski. “I attribute that to our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.”
